Key Responsibilities
Build and implement front-of-house service systems for evening service
Recruit, hire, and onboard FOH team members
Train staff in service standards, guest care, and overall hospitality
Collaborate with the FOH Line Lead to ensure smooth transitions from day to night
Resolve guest concerns and ensure a consistently excellent experience
Partner with kitchen leadership for seamless service flow
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards
Requirements
3+ years hospitality experience (full-service preferred)
Proven leadership experience
Strong understanding of service workflow design
Calm and effective in high-pressure environments

Key Responsibilities
Oversee kitchen opening/closing, prep, and cleanliness
Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
Coordinate with line staff during peak hours

Support catering prep and platter assembly
Contribute ideas for seasonal menu development
Train and mentor junior staff
Collaborate with front-of-house teams

Requirements
3+ years of cooking experience (café or restaurant)
